House Dance is a vibrant street dance style born from the underground club culture of the 1980s.

 

With groovy footwork, smooth body rhythms, and an energy that’s contagious, this style invites you to let go and feel the music.

 

In this class, you’ll sweat it out, boost your confidence, and find your flow. No pressure, no judgment, just movement that feels good.

Breaking

Break Dance (or Breaking) is the original street dance of hip-hop culture, packed with powerful moves, dynamic footwork, and gravity-defying freezes.

In our class, we’ll break it down step by step — from building the right muscles to mastering the movements — so you can train safely, build strength, and gradually feel confident doing all those cool breaking moves. You’ll sweat, challenge yourself, and unlock a whole new way to move with rhythm and style.
