Release of Liability

This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Release”) is executed by the undersigned participant (“Participant” or "I") in favor of BEYON LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, managers, employees, contractors, volunteers, representatives, and agents (collectively, “BEYON”).

1. Acknowledgment of Risk and Voluntary Participation

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in one or more activities, classes, events, workshops, training sessions, or filming sessions offered by BEYON (collectively, “Activities”). These Activities may involve physical exertion and carry inherent risks, including but not limited to sprains, strains, injury, illness, or other health complications.

I affirm that I am in good health and physically capable of participating in the Activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician before engaging in any new physical activity, and I accept full responsibility for my participation.

2. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that my participation in BEYON Activities is at my own risk. I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks of injury, illness, or harm (including property loss or damage) that may occur during or as a result of my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Release and Waiver

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Activities, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge BEYON from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or related to my participation in the Activities.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless BEYON from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) resulting from my participation in the Activities, including but not limited to any claim arising from my own conduct.

5. Medical Care and Emergency Authorization

I understand that BEYON does not provide medical treatment or supervision. In the event of an emergency, I authorize BEYON to seek emergency medical care on my behalf and agree to assume responsibility for all associated costs.

6. Media Release

I grant BEYON the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, film, or otherwise capture my likeness, image, voice, and appearance in connection with any BEYON Activity. I authorize BEYON to use, reproduce, modify, publish, or distribute such media for any lawful purpose—including promotional, commercial, and educational uses—without compensation to me.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or its use, and I release BEYON from any claims or liability in connection with the use of such media.

7. Code of Conduct

I agree to abide by all studio policies, safety rules, and instructor guidance. I understand that inappropriate behavior or failure to follow directions may result in my removal from the Activity without refund.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Release shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal action or proceeding arising from this Release shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in New York County, New York.

9. Severability

If any provision of this Release is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
