You'll engage your powerhouse – your deep abdominal muscles, back, hips, and glutes – to stabilize your spine and support every movement. Mat Pilates is an exceptional way to improve athletic performance, alleviate back pain, and cultivate a stronger, more agile body. It's a low-impact yet highly effective workout that leaves you feeling lengthened, strengthened, and profoundly balanced. At the ballet barre, you'll move through small, isometric contractions, high repetitions, and targeted exercises designed to work muscles to fatigue. This unique approach effectively targets often-overlooked muscle groups, creating long, lean lines and incredible strength in your glutes, thighs, core, and arms. We'll also incorporate stretches to enhance flexibility and improve your posture.

 

Barre is a low-impact yet highly effective way to build endurance, improve balance, and achieve a sleek, toned physique. It's an empowering and addictive workout that will leave you feeling graceful, strong, and deeply connected to your body. All levels are welcome to discover the transformative power of the barre.
